In 2024, despite facing a difficult international trade climate and a lack of momentum in domestic consumption, Xuzhou Orient Huatai International Trade Co., Ltd. saw a steady rise in the volume of imported logs, supported by a reliable supply of imported timber. As the year drew to a close, the cargo ships "PHILLI" and "MARITIME VICTORY" were scheduled to make their way to Lanshan Port.

The "MV.PORT PHILLIP", laden with 79,217 pieces/34,704.477 cubic meters of New Zealand logs, reached the anchorage of Lanshan Port at 20:10 on December 18, 2024, and was secured at the west berth of Lanshan No. 2 South by 21:50 on the same day. Operations began at 02:40 on December 19.

The final log carrier of 2024, the "MARITIME VICTORY", is anticipated to arrive at the anchorage of Lanshan Port at 19:00 on December 24, carrying 101,723 pieces/29,947.136 cubic meters of New Zealand logs.

The successful docking of these two vessels signifies the completion of the log import operations for 2024.
